Diamond Lovers On The Go!
Earlier this month Ashleigh and April, our resident members of the Forevermark Carat Club, hit the road again. This time, their passion for Forevermark Diamonds took them all the way to England and Belgium. Landing on Monday, September 4th, this fearless group of ambassadors had just four days to experience the diamond industry, soak up the sights and appreciate the culture.
The packed itinerary included visits to the Forevermark grading laboratories in Maidenhead and Antwerp, as well as a stop at the De Beers headquarters in London. What an eye opening experience! While Ashleigh and April are very familiar with diamond properties, they had never witnessed the grading process first hand. The attention to detail. The focus. The skill. It’s no wonder why Forevermark diamonds are known as the most critically graded diamonds in the world!
Outside of touring these amazing facilities, Ashleigh and April also managed to fit in plenty of sightseeing. Upon arrival, they checked off Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Next up was the Tower of London, home of the crown jewels. After seeing the 3,196.75-carat Cullinan Diamond and the 170-carat Black Prince’s Ruby, these ladies sure are going to have high standards from here on out!
In order to avoid educational overload, each day the group set aside some time to enjoy the UK lifestyle. They dined over fish and chips. They sampled local ales and grew to love London Pride. They strolled along the busy streets, soaking in everything around them. Each night, as the city shined back at them, they reflected on their amazing experience.
When Ashleigh and April made it back to Beré Jewelers, we bombarded them with questions. We also challenged them to pick their single, favorite experience. Here’s what they said…
Our trip to the Tower of London, to see the crown jewels, is something that I’ll never forget. Experiencing that history was so inspiring. I’ll admit it, I even cried when we saw the tombs of Henry VIII, Elizabeth I and Mary Queen of Scots. And, I’m not ashamed.

Visiting the Da Beers Headquarters, in London, was by far my favorite experience. It was amazing to witness all of the people that work behind the scenes to produce the most beautiful and ethically sourced diamonds in the world.

One thing is certain, Ashleigh and April deserved this amazing trip. They are truly passionate about what they do, especially when it comes to sparkly Forevermark Diamonds. To learn more stop by Beré Jewelers, in Pensacola, FL. We have a feeling the girls will be happy to talk about their experience for months to come!
